A phosphate deposit located about 1 mile W of highway 77 and about 1½ miles N of Dripping Springs Road, and about 3¼ miles NE of Dripping Springs. Discovered in 1972 by the Arizona Bureau of Mines.

Mineralization is hosted in the Abrigo Formation. Reconnaissance indicates that phosphatic material occurs from the upper contact with the Devonian Martin Formation down section for about 60 feet until a noticeable lithologic change takes place. A picture of the ledge is labeled "B" in Arizona Bureau of Mines Bull. 176, P. 24.

Assay data: One fist-sized grab sample contained 5% P2O5, which Peirce believes to be the highest phosphorous content yet reported in Arizona.
