Carn Brea and Tincroft United Mine, Carn Brea area, Camborne - Redruth - St Day District, Cornwall, England, UK

This group of mines was formed in 1896 by amalgamation of Tincroft Mine and Carn Brea Mine. Since 1831, the latter included Wheals Druid (also named Druid's) and Fanny, Tregajoran Mine and Barncoose Mine. The sett also includes Cook's Kitchen Mine. In 1917, the name Tincroft Mine was adopted for the whole group. Later, the mines were included in the East Pool and Agar Mine sett.
