A small tributary of the South Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River approximately 1.4 miles (2.3 kilometers) east of Kellogg, Idaho. Not to be confused with the village of Elk Creek which is on the north bank of the South Fork of the Coeur d' Alene River some distance to the east.
