A former small surface Cu-Ag-Au mine located in the NE ¼ of sec. 9, T.21S., R.9E. (Arivaca 15 minute topo map), 6 miles NW of Arivaca. Produced 1967. Owned/operated by Draham Enterprises. Included a leaching operation.
Mineralization is oxidized copper minerals in fractured Cretaceous sediments. An associated rock unit is granite.
Workings include an open pit and leaching operations. Operated in 1967 and produced over 100 tons of ore averaging about 2% Cu, 4 oz. Ag/T and a trace of Au.
