Other Information: Claims of the Pilot prospect included Cincinnati, Buckeye, Key West, Pointer, Red Dog (or Red Rock), Miami, Dayton, Akron, Cleveland, Jpan, Dorothy, Almira, Antony, Glen, Betty, Irene, Beatrice, Captain, Engineer, Olive No.1-4 (inclusive), Pilot, and Purser. Eight of the claims were patented, while 17 were not. In 1957 all of the Pilot claims were sold to Abot Mining Co. included in this purchase were several claims from the Copper King. Interestingly, according the Idaho State Mine Inspector Reports, no work was ever done on these claim blocks while Abot Mining owned them.
