A Mn occurrence located in sec. 21, T4S, R19E, MDM, 1.4 km (4,500 feet) NW of Jerseydale, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).

Discovery operation was apparently a well.
