A Hg occurrence/prospect located in secs. 23 & 24, T5N, R24E, MDM, 5.9 km (3.7 miles) WNW of Bridgeport, along Swauger Creek, on National Forest land (located claim). Owned and operated by R. and I. Laughlin (100.00%) (1978). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.

Mineralization is a Hg deposit. The cinnabar occurs in silicified zones in volcanic rocks which are exposed in sec. 24, and slightly in sec. 23. Local rocks include Tertiary volcanic flow rocks, unit 17 (Cascade Range).

Workings include unspecified underground openings.
