Wright (1953) indicates that the host rock is the Sidewinder andesite. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 3 (Mojave Desert, Death Valley area, and Eastern Sierra Nevada).
Workings include surface and underground openings with an overall depth of 137.16 meters and comprised of am 80 foot incline and 100 foot cut on the N vein plus an incline and cuts on the S vein. A 350 foot crosscut connects the workings on both veins at a depth of 450 feet.
Production data are found in: Bowen, O.E., Jr. (1954).
