Mineralization is hosted in basalt. The ore body is 60.96 meters wide. Local rocks include Jurassic marine rocks, unit 5 (Northern Sierra Nevada and Eastern Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings. A shaft has been sunk 15 feet and a tunnel started in Kosk Creek.
