Crotalus ravus

Description
Common names: Mexican pigmy rattlesnake, Mexican pygmy rattlesnake, more.

Crotalus ravus is a venomous pit viper species, found only in Mexico. Three subspecies are currently recognized, including the nominate subspecies described here.
