I started having an interest in minerals from a young age and started collecting to some degree from the age of 7.
I only seriously started to focus on minerals from the age of 13 and have been collecting ever since.

My only field of interest is Namibian Minerals although I do appreciate good specimens from other localities that would share a Namibian counterpart in some way.

I am working together with several publishers to have more Namibian specimens and localities published for the general collecting world to appreciate and raise awareness for the natural wonders that are produced from my country.

While I am employed in the largest specialty chemical supplier in Namibia, I still serve as an advisor for the local business the House of Gems which is situated in Windhoek and was formally owned by the mineral luminary Sidney Pieters.

Should you find your way to Namibia or have any questions regarding Namibian specimens, please feel free to contact me.
