Fluorite crystals with minor galena on a heavy and solid rock matrix; while the fluorite appears green in artificial light, the crystals display a patchy blue-violet natural fluorescence in scattered daylight and under long-wave UV light they demonstrate a strong blue fluorescence. A UK Mining Ventures LLC collected specimen during their significant period of mine development at Rogerley. Collection and photos: David Carter.
