An U occurrence/prospect located in sec. 36, T6N, R14E, in Devil's Chasm on the W side of Cherry Creek Canyon, about 2 miles NE of Aztec Peak. Owned by Messrs. Frank Meadows and Roy Wilson.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in the Dripping Spring Quartzite-Upper Member. Structure is a limonite-filled fracture. An associated rock unit is diabase.

Radioactivity: background 0.1-0.15 mr/hr, max 4.5 mr/hr.

Workings include several benches and open cuts.
