A former underground Au-Ag-Cu mine. Produced 1902-1941.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with a tabular ore body hosted in Green Gulch Volcanics. Ore control was faulting, igneous activity, especially dike emplacement. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Minor alteration was noted.

Area structures include veins parallel to foliation and crosscutting it by 10 to 20 degrees, trending N20E to N-S. Foliation in Precambrian rocks trends N10E to N20E.
