Location: Cobb (1972, MF-413), loc. 33; SW1/4NE1/4 sec. 1, T. 2 N., R. 1 E., of the Fairbanks Meridian. The mine is located in the vicinity of Twin Creek, about 8 miles by road northeast of Fox along the Steese Highway. Accuracy is within 1,500 feet.
Geology: Ore was shipped in 1911 from an auriferous vein said to be 1 to 5 feet wide (Brooks, 1912, p. 32).
