An Fe occurrence located in sec. 14, T3S, R31E, MDM, NE of the Black Rock Mine (Casa Diablo Mountain quadrangle) and about 4.8 km (3.0 miles) E of Banner Ridge.

NOTE: Coordinates provided are approximate to the center of sec. 14 and place the locality amid a group of prospects, which may, or may not be related to this particular deposit.

Mineralization is a contact metamorphic deposit.
