Korezak Fe occurrence (Karezak), Anar Dara District, Farah Province (Fahrah Province), Afghanistan
Magnetite-rich garnet-pyroxene skarns, occurring in the contact zone between an Oligocene granite and Early Cretaceous limestones. The limestones also host a small pipe-like replacementy-style ore body with polymetallic sulphide mineralization.
