A rather ill-defined mining area stated as being S of Twentynine Palms (San Bernardino County). The only mines attributed to this "district" in the USGS MRDS database is the Goldfields of America Mine and the Golden Bee Mine, both of which are actually situated in the northern Hexie Mountains (Hexie District).
