An U occurrence/claims located in the SE¼ sec. 25, T6N, R10W, NM, roughly 5.6 km (3.5 miles) ESE of Chinle. This locality is not listed in the USGS MRDS database. The geographic coordinates presented are for the center of sec. 25, T5N, R10W, NM, since there does not appear to be a T6N in this prime meridian.

Mineralization is an U deposit with carnotite hosted in the basal Shinarump Member on crest of the Chinle Monocline, with fracturing and some faulting parallel to fold.

Workings include surface openings comprised of small prospect pits.
