A copper prospect/mine with underground workings on 14 claims located directly north of the United Verde Copper Co. property. Closed in 1917.
Mineralization is an orebody that is 85 feet wide hosted in the Deception Rhyolite. Ore control was stratigraphy and igneous activity. Ore concentration was oxidation at near surface. Alteration was chloritization and sericitization. Diorite and quartz porphyry cut by basalt dikes.
Workings include a 1,600 foot deep (500 meters) shaft and workings aggregating 6,000 feet.
