An occurrence of gold potential exposed by several unnamed prospects both on, and North of Emmit's Ranch.

Mineralization is veins from 6 inches (15 cm) to 2 feet (0.6 meters) thick containing glassy quartz and small cubes of pyrite and a few copper stains. These veins strike N.25º-40ºW. and are of the Precambrian type.

Workings include a caved shaft at the ranch.
