A small northeast-trending shallow mine near Cave-in-Rock with a shaft that was between 15 and 60 feet. The mine was located in T. 12 S., R. 9 E., Section 13, W1/2, SW1/4, NE1/4. The operator of the mine in 1940 was W.T. Winn (Weller et al., 1952)

Weller et al. (1952) reported that this property, along with the Frayser and Underwood properties were small, narrow replacement ore bodies that were mined at three levels within a vertical zone of about 30 feet in the basal part of the Fredonia limestone. Production here was at a small scale. The majority of the rock was weathered “gravel spar”.

Weller et al. (1952) noted that the Winn, Underwood, Rogers and Frazer properties lie outside of the principal mineralized belt of the Cave-in-Rock District.
