A former placer Au occurrence/drift mine located in sec. 29, T9N, R13E, MDM, 1.0 km (0.7 mile) NW of Henry Diggings (coordinates of record), S of the Steely Fork Cosumnes River, on National Forest land. Operated by J. C. Mckim (1926). Prospected in 1926. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is .
Local rocks include Paleozoic marine rocks, undivided, unit 4 (Western Sierra Nevada).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a 100 foot adit and a 20 foot raise.
