A former Au mine located in sec. 8, T5S, R18E, MDM, 1.9 km (6,300 feet) ENE of Mount Bullion, along Agua Fria Creek, on private land. Operated by J. W. Stennett, et al. (1927). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 500 meters. Adjoins the King Midas Mine on the SE.
Mineralization is a vein deposit. Geology similar to that of the King Midas Mine. Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 2 (Western Sierra Foothills and Western Klamath Mountains).
Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 15.24 meters. The owners in 1928 intended to sink a shaft at least 300 feet deep.
