A Cu-baryte-Zn-Pb-Au occurrence/prospect located in sec. 32, T12N, R5E, SBM, 11.8 km (7.4 miles) S of Fremont Peak (coordinates of record, about 13.3 km NE of Kramer Hills (town), 14.4 km (8.9 miles) WNW of Harper Lake, and about 7 miles NE of Boron. The property is comprised of 10 lode claims and 8 limestone placer claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 10 meters.

Mineralization is hosted in diabase and gneiss. The ore body is 2.44 meters thick. There are 4 parallel fault fractures. The principal vein has a diabase hanging wall and averages 4 feet thick and can be traced along surface for 4,500 feet. Local rocks include Precambrian rocks, undivided, unit 2 (Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of inclines and several pits.

Analytical data results: High-grade spots of ore were encountered. Values from the 265 foot level indicated 3 to 12% Cu, $7 to $20 (period values) Au/ton and 7 to 15 ounces Ag/ton.
