UM1986-62-SiO:CaHNaNbTiZn

A material that is NOT an approved mineral species
This page is currently not sponsored. Click here to sponsor this page.
Formula:
~(Na,K,Ca,Zn,Fe)3(Nb,Ti)6Si2O20 · 6H2O
Crystal System:
Triclinic
Chemically resembles nenadkevichite and 'natrokomarovite'. Also compare laurentianite.

Forms lamellar intergrowths with epistolite. It is not clear if the phase for which the unit cell parameters are given is identical to the one described in terms of crystal chemistry; SXRD done for the latter one indicates the structure being identical (or similar) to epistolite's.
