6.0 x 4.3 x 2.2 cm. A classic association specimen from the Naica Mine in northern Mexico. A few sharp, lustrous, intergrown, black colored "Spinel-Law" twinned groups of Sphalerite are associated with gemmy, scalenohedra of Calcite. This piece is not from a recent find at the mine, but actually about 30 years ago (late 1970s).
