This piece and others like it in my collection were recovered from the Silver Cow pocket in July of 2021. This was the highest quality double terminated quartz from the pocket. Other specimens of stibnite included quartz have been recovered from the tailings piles at Maxfield Mine, however, the Silver Cow pocket was located just east of the tailings piles and contained 50+ specimens and clusters of high-quality stibnite included quartz. One of the pieces of stibnite included quartz from the tailings pile was sent to the University of Utah for assays.
