Sanpoil Mine
A gold mine just south of the Ben Hur Mine. It worked mineralized lenses to 8' thick in an extension of the Ben Hur Vein in latite porphyry. Development includes 2,500' of adits. It produced 200 tons prior to 1902, and additional ore in 1909-1921, 1931, and 1935. Total production is listed as being 100,000 tons at 0.30 oz/ton gold and 1.3 oz/ton silver.
