Sestrouň is a part of the town of Sedlčany in the district of Příbram. It is located about 3 km northeast of Sedlčany. The Sestrouňský stream flows through part of the town.
Sestrouň is also the name of a cadastral area with an area of 7.46 km². Hradišťko and Zberaz are also located in the cadastral area of Sestrouň.
