Small gold-copper mine of unknown age. Last operated 1935-38; produced 32 ton Cu&Au ore from 2500 tons of rock. One analysis of a sample with sulfide containing quartz gave 55 ppm Au. In older granite-gneis, phyllite schist. The larger opening is 5 x 5 x 23 m (deep).
