Approximately four miles south-east of the Eastern Creek workings.
It is remote.
Discovered far earlier than Eastern Creek, in 1890.
This was a small alluvial patch, worked out within two weeks. The source states the original finder Linden, as well as Carey, Topping, and someone called Joe the Marine, obtained a lot of gold from the location. Most of the others came away with very little.
The gold was nuggetty, one piece 33 ounces, and several over 5 ounces. Over 200 ounces in gold was obtained from the patch, although this figure is likely incomplete.
