A former small underground Au-Pb-Ag-Cu mine located in the SE ¼ sec. 21, T.14S., R.27E. (or the N½ sec. 32, T.13S., R.26E.) (Dos Cabezas 7.5 minute too map), about 2½ miles NE of Dos Cabezas, on private land. Operated by E.E. Cochran (1935).

Mineralization is irregular quartz vein with bunches and disseminations of base metal sulfides in a crosscutting fault in Precambrian granite associated with a diabase dike. Also includes oxidized copper minerals.

Local structures include quartz monzonite in fault contact with Cretaceous sediments to the north. Faulting and shearing throughout the quartz monzonite body.

Workings include small tunnels. Considerable gold ore was produced in the 1880's and 50 tons in 1935.
