A former U-V occurrence/mine located in the SW¼ sec. 33, T36N, R29E, G&SRM, 4.8 miles SE of White Ash Peak, on the W side of the ridge. The USGS MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. NOTE: The geographic coordinates presented are taken from MRDS file #10112857. MRDS file #10027503 presents alternate coordinates of 36.44919, -109.21484.

Mineralization is tyuyamunite and carnotite in lenticular masses hosted in the Salt Wash Member. Ore bodies occur in units showing the most rapid variation in thickness in the Shinarump member of the Chinle formation. Local rocks include rocks of the Glen Canyon Group.

Workings include unspecified surface openings and an adit.

Production was 1,032 tons of ore @0.19% U3O8; 0.50% V2O5 (1966).
