A Pb-Ag-Cu-Au-Zn occurrence/group of claims located in secs. 16, T3S, R25E, MDM, 0.2 km (600-800 feet) SW-SSW of Banner Peak (coordinates of record) (W of Lake Catherine Trail from Clover Meadow), on National Forest wilderness land (Ansel Adams Wilderness). MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

NOTE: Alternate coordinates provided (Barcroft property): 37°41'41"N, 119°11'48"W.

Local rocks include Mesozoic volcanic rocks, unit 3 (Mojave Desert, Death Valley area, and Eastern Sierra Nevada).
