A former lode Au mine located in sec. 32, T5S, R18E, MDM, 2.7 km (8,700 feet) NNW of Bridgeport, along Agua Fria Creek (3½ miles SW of Mariposa), on private (patented) land. The property consists of 1 patented claim. Operated during the period 1904 to 1915. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters. UTM estimated, section lines projected.

Mineralization is a vein deposit with an 18 inch (46 cm) vein, hosted in granodiorite. The ore body strikes NW and dips 25E. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of 250 foot tunnel and other underground workings.

Active 1904-1905, 1913, and 1915, producing 83.04 tons of ore which yielded $1,932.45, or an average of $23.21 per ton (period values).
