A Cu occurrence/prospect located in secs. 28 & 29, T14N, R8E, MDM, 0.3 km (0.2 mile) SSW of Higgins Corner, along Ragsdale Creek. Owned/operated by William Gautier (1908- ). MRDS database accuracy for this location is not stated.

Mineralization is a vein deposit hosted in porphyry. The ore body strikes N4W and dips 80E. Vein walls are schist. Local rocks include ultramafic rocks, chiefly Mesozoic, unit 2 (Western Sierra Nevada and Klamath Mountains).

Workings include underground openings with an overall depth of 24.38 meters and comprised of an old vertical shaft at 80 feet deep.
