I am a spanish mineral collector and geochemist. I love the microscopy techniques and over the years I gradually focused my collection in small, well crystallized, specimens in the range from micromount to small cabinet. From a topographical point of wiew I show preference for the european, north-american and african localities. But, despite of these natural, evolutive preferences I have a sistematic collection and I can not survive to the beauty of a well developed crystallization.

In this page I will gradually upload microphotos performed using trinocular stereomicroscope of mainly spanish and occasionally other european and american specimens and SEM (scanning electron microscope) photos of species of interest due their rarity or occurrence place.
