Awesome marcasite needle with six horizontal needles attached to dolomite cubes. For this location this is a excellent specimen.

National Limestone Quarry No. 2, Lime Ridge, Mount Pleasant Mills, Perry Township, Snyder County, Pennsylvania, USA

Dimensions: 2 inches x 2 inches x 2 inches
Field of View: 1 inches
Largest Crystal Size: 4 mm

Double terminated quartz containing carbon with wavellite on sandstone. The quartz crystal is no more than 2mm wide, and 5mm long, maybe less. The wavellites are around 3-4mm in width. Specimen was power washed with water to expose more of the quartz crystal, it has not been treated in any chemicals.
