Controlled by the Adelaide based Unicorn Syndicate. (This is true). 48 acres, of which 36 acres was on the western side of the Paris Gift Reef, and the remainder a continuation of the main reef at the southern end.

The first area was called the Paris Gift Extended, adjacent at the southern end of the Helena mine, and on the same lode as this mine. It was the same lode which also went through the neighbouring Mount Alexander mine.

Little development had taken place. Several costeans had been dug across the lode. There was also a tunnel into the side of a hill, on the eastern side of the lease, the lode cut 18 feet in.

The southern section of 12 acres was south-west of the Bonanza mine. It was originally taken up by the owners of the Ironbound lease also on the goldfield. A good lode was struck at a depth of 25 feet showing visible gold.
