Copper mines in three small ophiolitic cupolas emerging from the embedding rocks of the Argille a Palombini Formation. Two of these ophiolitic bodies are located at Ca' Marsilio (see coordinates) and Ca' Gabriele, where rural buildings have been built on their top; the third one, covered with coppice wood and known as Bosco Ceduo, is located at a lower elevation towards the Scoltenna stream. The mines were exploited in the period from 1939 to 1948.
