A former underground Pb-Zn-Cu-Au-Ag-U deposit located in sec. 32, T.23N., R.17W., about 15 miles North of Kingman.
Mineralization is a composite vein zone, 20 to 30 feet wide, that strikes about N.40ºW. and dips steeply NE. The host rock is gneissoid biotite granite intruded by a few narrow mafic dikes.
Workings include drifts on 3 levels, a 300 foot deep shaft and 2 crosscut adits.
