Fe-Mn mineralization is hosted within brecciated and foliation zones of carbonate rocks, ranging in thinness from a few millimeters to a few meters. The presence of unusually small (a few mm to cm, in thickness) hard dark brown-black Fe-Mn crusts, within the carbonate rock.
