A W occurrence located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 11, T4S, R27E, MDM (projected), 4.3 km (2.7 miles) SSE of Mommoth Lakes, WNW of Sherwin Lakes, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters.

Mineralization is a skarn deposit in the Mount Morrison pendant. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).
