A former lode Au occurrence/prospect/mine located in the NE¼SE¼ sec. 28, T3N, R1E, SBM, about 6 km (4 miles) NNW of Big Bear City, NW of Arrastre Flat, on National Forest land. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 100 meters. Idle in 1958.

Mineralization is hosted in quartz monzonite. The ore body is 91.44 meters wide. An igneous body lies within an altered, fine-grained facies of coarser-grained enclosing rock. Local rocks include Mesozoic granitic rocks, unit 3 (Sierra Nevada, Death Valley area, Northern Mojave Desert and Transverse Ranges).

Workings include underground openings comprised of a 40 foot shaft.
