A former lode Au mine located in the center NE¼ sec. 32, T2N, R14E, MDM, 0.3 km (900 feet) SW of Tuttletown (on the N ridge of Mormon Creek), on private land. The property consisted of 2 claims. MRDS database stated accuracy for this location is 1,000 meters.
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a vein 5 to 10 feet thick. The ore body is a pinch-and-swell structure, strikes N35W and dips 65NE at a thickness of thickness 3.05 meters. Gold quartz contains minor pyrite. Local rocks include undivided pre-Cenozoic metavolcanic rocks, unit 2 (undivided).
Workings include underground openings comprised of a 600 foot inclined shaft on the vein, with drifts on the 100, 200, 350 & 500 foot levels.
