A former surface and underground W-Mo mine located in sec. 19, T5N, R10E, about 1 mile NE of Pine Mountain and about 5Β½ miles NW of Four Peaks, on the crest of the Mazatzal Mountains 6 miles W of the N end of Theodore Roosevelt Lake, on National Forest land. Discovered in 1941 by E.R., P.J., & H.G. Harrison and Bern Swensk. Also entends into Maricopa County. Owned by Mr. Marvin Harrison of Fresno, California (1961).
Mineralization is a vein deposit with a linear ore body hosted in pegmatite. The ore zone is 9.14 meters long and 1.52 meters wide, striking N75W and S24E, and dipping N and W. Ore control was steep fissures intruded by aplite or pegmatite dikes.
Area structures include granite cut by a mile wide belt of granite porphyry.
Workings are 121. 92 meters long and 3.05 meters deep.
