Arizona Mining and Mineral Museum

Open M-F 8am-5pm, Sat 11am-4pm; Adults $2, children free. Discover the Treasures in this world class museum. Beauty and utility, is the phrase that describes the exhibits of the Museum. Housed in the historic El Zaribah Shrine auditorium, the Museum displays over 3000 worldwide minerals, rocks, gemstones, fossils, and mining artifacts, with emphasis on Arizona minerals, fulgurites, lunar rocks, fluorescents, coprolites, beautiful specimens, and the uses of Earth materials. Best rock shop in town. Two Family Days a year. Mining artifacts.
