Hi all,i foun this in a place whit lot calcite,but this dont look like calcite..is about 5cm.

It looks to me like chalcedony. Can you scratch it with a knife?

Looks dirty or iron stained. Do you have ways to clean it up some? Where is it from? Could help. I assume the bat cave ;-)

Its harder than calcite and i found it in Croatia on the beach.

I think its iron stained quartz. Crack it apart for a fresh surface. I imagine it'll be white and exhibit conchoidal fracture.

I agree with a dirty quartz variety too
