Any idea about this from Skardu mine pakistan

What is the hardness and specific gravity?

28th May 2017 19:22 UTCHanns Pflaumer

Looks like a lump of Bastnäsite or Parisite. Maybe stibiotantalite.

I've to complete my message. Stibiotantalite is pretty heavy (about 6-7.5 g/cm³). If hardness ca. 6 and density ca. 3.2, it could be Spodumene (orange-yellowish "Hiddenite")

Or possibly triplite (compare https://www.mindat.org/photo-671517.html) or some other phosphate.

Needs analysis.
